Sarah Webb is an Irish writer.


Biography

Webb writes for both children and adults and has had her work published in multiple languages across a number of countries. Webb completed her degree in English and History of Art at Trinity College Dublin. She started as a writer while working full time in a bookshop and writing at night. Today Webb is considered a significant force for children's books in Ireland. In 2015 she was awarded the

Background

Webb was born in Dalkey. Her father was a quantity surveyor and her mother worked as a teacher. She has three children and lives in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin and spends time in Castletownshend, West Cork.
