Club career
In February 2016, Sandra joined
Bayer Leverkusen on loan for the rest of the
2015–16 Frauen-Bundesliga season. She rejoined Þór/KA in May 2016.
On September 28, 2017, she won the Icelandic championship with Þór/KA after defeating
FH, in the last game of the season, 2–0 with goals from herself and
Sandra Stephany Mayor.
On January 4, 2018, Sandra joined
Slavia Praha
