In March 2013, SIC Notícias officially launched in Canada on
Bell Fibe TV.
On January 27, 2019, the chain and the entire SIC Universe transferred to the São Francisco de Sales Building, after 750 days of waiting, leaving behind more than 26 years in the old Carnaxide building.
