2023 World Championships, setting her personal best of 52.81 seconds at the 2023 Worlds. Rushell is coached by Reynaldo Walcott and is a part of Andi Sports Management. She became the first Jamaican Woman since 2011 to break 53 seconds in the 400m Hurdles
