s serving two tracks each on the ground. The island platforms were removed and the side ones were situated outside of the siding tracks by 1968 for the preparation of the through operation with the Sanyo Railway Main Line and the eight-car operation on the Kobe Line. The through operation by Sanyo Railway was continued until February 1998 with starting and terminating this station and the trains returned at the siding track in the west of adjacent Mikage Station as deadhead trains.

started running in 1968 and operated until 1998 when these services were discontinued. The station was damaged by the
