He was cleared of any wrongdoing by Jamaica's Independent Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel. The Panel was not "comfortably satisfied" that Hylton had been properly notified by JADCO. Hylton was represented by noted sports attorney Dr. Emir Crowne.
