From 2010 to 2012, Weber was named Deputy Chief, Investigation Division and Chief, Major Economic Crimes Bureau of the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. On April 1, 2012, Weber became the 23rd

Weber returned to public service in 2020 when he joined the New York State Department of Financial Services as General Counsel.
