The Rehvar Rajput are originally
Parmar who came from
Ujjain

Tharparkar in
Sindh

, and then moved to
Banaskantha. The Rehvar were rulers of the states of
Bolundra,
Mohanpur,
Ranasan,
Rupal, and
Wadagam. The community is found mainly in
Saurashtra and north
Gujarat.
