The Regional Administrators of Eritrea are appointed centrally by the
President of Eritrea. The Regional Administrators supervise and work in collaboration with their elected
Regional Assemblies.
The Regional Administrator will also represent the Region (''Zoba'') in National Cabinet meetings and quarterly update meetings.
