Early life

He was born on 24 December 1950 to father Rana Nisar Muhammad Khan.


Political career

Rana Hayat was elected as a member of the National Assembly as a candidate of IJI from constituency NA-108 in the Pakistani general election in 1990. Rana was re-elected as a member of the National Assembly as a candidate of PML-N in the Pakistani general election in 1997. He ran for the seat of the
