The program airs live every day at 5:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The 5:00am edition is 15 minutes long and the 6:00pm edition lasts an hour on weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends. Outside these times, to incorporate into the 30-minute news wheel, Sports 30 is usually "looped".
