. Pterodon was founded in January 1998 by Jarek Kolář and Michal Janáček. In the beginning, the Company had been developing game (Hesperian Wars) for a German firm called Virtual X-citement, but in May 1998 it started working on their own projects and co-operate with a Czech company - Illusion Softworks. In the year of 2006 they joined Illusion Softworks.
