Andeer Andeer () is a municipalities of Switzerland, municipality in the Viamala Region in the Cantons of Switzerland, Swiss canton of Graubünden. In 2009, Clugin and Pignia merged into Andeer.Savognin, in the canton of Graubünden. With a height of above sea level, it is the highest point of the chain north of the pass Fuorcla Cotschna. On its eastern flank lies the holy pilgrimage site of Ziteil, at above sea level.
