Premise

The series follows the misadventures and shenanigans of Charlie Dompler and Pim Pimling, two employees of the Smiling Friends, a

dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to its clients. Pim is overtly optimistic and eager to help people with their problems, whilst Charlie is usually more cynical and pragmatic. They are sometimes assisted by their coworkers, the meticulous Allan Red, the enigmatic, diminutive Glep, and their eccentric supervisor Mr. Boss. Misadventure ensues, as the strange and often deeply troubled characters they are tasked with helping prove challenging and thrust them into bizarre situations.
