The Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking (PCIT) system tracks the
inspection of agricultural products and certifies compliance with plant health standards of importing countries. This capability provides APHIS/PPQ better security, reporting functions, and monitoring capabilities for exported commodities.
