Pars Air was first established in 2015 under the registered name of Pars Ocean Kish with the goal of becoming the country's first all- regional airline. However, the airline did not commence operations for the next five years due to its inability to add aircraft to its fleet. The airline was finally able to launch operations in 2021 after acquiring 3
