Joe Gacy and Bron Breakker would continue their rivalry. On the May 17 episode of ''NXT 2.0'', Gacy challenged Breakker to a rematch for the NXT Championship under the stipulation that if Breakker were to get disqualified, Gacy would win the title. The match was scheduled for

On the May 17 episode of ''NXT 2.0'', The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) avenged their loss and defeated The Creed Brothers (Brutus Creed and Julius Creed) after interference from Roderick Strong and Damon Kemp.
On the May 10 episode of ''NXT 2.0'', Cora Jade took on Natalya. Though Jade came very close to winning at some points, even when she applied Natalya's own "Sharpshooter", Natalya would win when Jade passed out to that submission. Afterwards, Natalya and Jade hugged each other.
