Plot

Indonesian couple Diana and Dika live at a

, offers Diana a job as an administrator. On the day of the interview, Diana is surprised by how many people dislike Bossman, and she later comes to dislike him too. Bossman is widely seen as gibberish, entitled, weird, and irritating. Though rich, he refuses to manage the office's crippling structure and broken air conditioner. As Bossman's attitude worsens in her view, Diana contemplates resigning and even murdering him. Dika constantly reassures her "That is how he is", further irritating Diana. In a revenge plot, Diana and the four main workers (Norah Sikin, Mr. Kho, Azhari, and Adrian) disturb Bossman in a variety of ways, from constantly calling him while he is asleep to secretly calling in the landlord to whom Bossman has not paid the bills. As he flees from the landlord, the employees dance. In light of the situation, Dika suggests that she respectfully. As she is about to, however, Bossman brings her to an orphanage. He explains that one day, he saw a boy with polio helping a blind peer walk towards the dilapidated orphanage. He expresses willingness to upgrade it to a more modern and lively one. Bossman's actions prompt Diana and the workers to agree that there is good in everyone. At his birthday, Bossman decides to treat everyone for lunch. However, as afternoon strikes and everyone reminds him of it, he denies and commands everyone to work, enraging them.
