Mustapha Abdullahi (born January 1985) is the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Commission of Nigeria (ECN). He was appointed to the position by President Bola Tinubu on 24 October 2023. Prior to his appointment as the third DG of the ECN, Abdullahi was the Senior Technical Adviser (STA) to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Geoffrey Nnaji. Abdullahi is a chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE)
