On July 10 2023, Mohd Azinee and two of his friends were arrested by the police after being suspected of being involved in a burglary case .He accused of keeping the proceeds of robbery. According police to magistrate in Court Magistrate Pontian, Johor say "For the first charge, Azinee is accused along with two other accomplices who are still at large of breaking into a house in Taman Benut Utama, Benut, here to steal."
The offense was committed at approximately 12.05pm on June 8. However he pleaded innocent to all three offences, second offences he and three friends involve same case in Ayer Baloi on 3 July same year.
He and two friend facing sentences 15-months prison if guilty.
