Among the other changes include giving the president power to pick all members of the FIA senate, without oversight from other members of the senate, preventing more than two members of the same nationality from being elected to the World Motor Sport Council, and bringing forward the date of presidential candidates to declare their teams from 21 days before to 49 days before the election.
