Fullilove is currently the executive director of the Lowy Institute for International Policy. He wrote the feasibility study for the Lowy Institute in 2002 and served as the director of its global issues program for almost a decade. He was then appointed to the executive director position in August 2012. He has also worked as a visiting fellow at the
