In the summer of 2018, Boulos met Tiffany Trump, the fourth child of American President

, while he was in Greece. The pair began a relationship and Tiffany Trump officially announced their engagement on January 19, 2021, a day before her father left his office as President of the United States. Michael Boulos and Tiffany Trump married in 2022. Tiffany gave birth to their first child on May 15, 2025.
