Content

In an interview with the Associated Press, Furtado said that the album was a personal statement and that the central theme was love. She noted that her previous albums had songs that "explored certain aspects of love, but they're not really direct love songs" and the songs on ''Mi Plan'' were more simple.(Posted 18 September 2009)
