In November, Martineau made his ATP Tour debut at the 2023 Moselle Open after entering the singles main draw as a lucky loser. He lost to Dominic Thiem in the first round. At the same tournament, Martineau recorded his first ATP win in doubles by reaching the quarterfinal, playing along with Ugo Blanchet, after the pair received a wild card to the main draw.
