Matthew MacKendree Lanter (born April 1, 1983) is an American actor and model. He began his modeling career in 2004. The same year, he acted in the film '' Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius'' and the television series '' Point Pleasant''. He went on to appear in numerous television series and films, including '' Commander in Chief'' and '' 90210''. He later voiced Anakin Skywalker in the

Lanter was born on April 1, 1983, in Massillon, Ohio. His father worked in insurance and his mother was a school secretary. He has one older sister. When Lanter was 8, the family moved to
