Mark Waters

Mark Stephen Waters (born June 30, 1964) is an American filmmaker who directed the comedy films '' Freaky Friday'', '' Mean Girls'', '' Ghosts of Girlfriends Past'', '' Mr. Popper's Penguins'', and '' Vampire Academy''.
