restructured the local level bodies into 753 new local level structures. The previous Mahadevasthan, Kalpabrishykha and Kapilakot VDCs were merged to form Marin Rural Municipality. Marin is divided into 8 wards, with Kapilakot declared the administrative center of the rural municipality.
