In 2016, Harrison's freshman year at Ohio State, he appeared in 12 games. As a sophomore in 2017, he appeared in all 14 of Ohio State's games, compiling 36 tackles and two sacks. In 2018, Harrison's junior season, he became a starter, and was tied for first on the team in tackles with 81 alongside adding 8.5 tackles for loss. He earned All-Big Ten Conference honorable mention.
