. The accident occurred at 10:30 p.m. when Myers's car crossed into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer on Highway 7/8, east of Stratford. The 48-year-old truck driver suffered minor injuries. Myers was later charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, which he pleaded guilty to on October 3, 2007.
