LongeviQuest members, along with director Ben Meyers, have visited and interviewed numerous supercentenarians and centenarians worldwide. Their first visit was to

They have also met with Elizabeth Francis, formerly the oldest living person in the United States, and of Japan, the world's oldest living active barber as of March 2025. As of December 2023, Yumi Yamamoto served as the president of Japan's research branch. She was also the great-granddaughter of Shigeyo Nakachi, who, at the time of her death in 2021 at the age of 115, was the second-oldest living person in Japan.
