Adzija began skating at the age of three, and decided to play hockey after watching her brother play,
at age four. She began playing with her local Timbits program before joining the London Devilettes program. She moved to

During her final season there, she suffered from a separated shoulder and a concussion. She was the captain of the team, and scored 43 goals and had 66 assists in 151 games. While there, she took accounting and an MBA and is doing a master's degree in data analytics.
Adzija was draftedin the 11th round, 65th overall, by
PWHL Ottawa in the

Outside of hockey, Adzija is a model. Her parents are named Mandy and Rob.
Her father put an artificial ice rink in her family's barn in St. Thomas so she can practice when she's home.
