Kody Robert Mommaerts was born in

, on October 23, 1995. From an early age, Mommaerts was very involved in sports and athletics. Mommaerts’ first trained in Shotokhan Karate which began his love for martial arts. He trained in the discipline for nearly 7 years alongside Karateka’s such as Kamran Madani. Mommaerts attended Monarch High School in Louisville, Colorado, where he played
