Specifications
The vehicle is 20 feet (6.1 m) long, 8.2 feet (2.5 m) wide, and 8.3 feet (2.5 m) tall, with a ground clearance of 14 inches (360 mm). Official specifications for the Knight XV's body armor are not available on the company's website, and no specific armor rating has been issued. The armor is tested by ballistic armor company H.P. White. Glass and opaque armor sheets are tested with an electronic bullet-firing system, where various mechanisms test the strength and durability of the armor. The glass used in the Knight XV's windows is rated at CEN Euronorm B4+, which can stop standard ammunition for most handguns, up to .44 caliber.
