Career

Vincent was a specialist cake designer. She wrote the book ''Romantic Wedding Cakes'' which was published by Merehurst Press in 2002. She was inducted into the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES) Sugarcraft Hall of Fame in

in 2004. Vincent was instrumental in bringing fondant icing to the United States. While in Australia in 1989, she approached fondant manufacturer, Pettinice, and convinced them to set up a manufacturing facility in Texas.
