Galarza was born in the municipality of Ponce to Israel Galarza and Elizabeth Arocho. He is one of five siblings, composed of one sister, Anette Galarza, and four brothers, including Israel Jr., Arnaldo and Kelvin. Galarza was raised in the practice of
