Life

Goodwin was born on April 28, 1906, in Tempe. He attended the

Later in his career Kemper would go on to design several schools (many in collaboration with Michael) for the Tempe Union High School, Tempe Elementary, Kyrene, and Paradise Valley Unified School Districts. He retired in 1975 and died on December 24, 1997.
