Personal

Baldwin married Kelly (Reilly) Baldwin on December 30, 1989. The couple has three adult children together in addition to Baldwin's oldest daughter from a previous relationship. He has long been active in community service and spiritual leadership. He currently serves on the board of a school for the children of migrant farm workers in Mexico and on the Executive Team of his local NFL alumni chapter.
