. Karindara's history dates back to 1905 when Salarzai tribes migrated from Jawor district, Buner. It has a population of over 7,000. Situated approximately 5 km from Martung Bazar, 110 km from Mingora, 65 km from Alpurai, and 375 km from Islamabad, its strategic location enhances its connectivity. In terms of education, the literacy rate is approximately 73%, being notably lower among females due to the absence of girls' schools in the area. However, efforts are underway to address this gap. The village hosts two government schools, catering to primary and middle education. Many residents pursue careers abroad in Gulf countries and Europe, while others serve in various government capacities. The village's climate offers pleasant summers and cold winters. Its natural environment includes jungles and sources of spring water. Agriculture in Karindara includes the growing of crops like wheat, maize, and rice, while fruits like Alowbukhara, Khowbani, Nashpati, Malta, and apples flourish in its fertile soil.
