Criminal career

Attacked by Rooney 'Slasher' McDonnelley or Rival Gang, Peters Potatoes. An Irish American outfit controlling the NY Harbours. Slasher attacked Hines walking home from a night of frollicing and dancing till the early morning. Hines died from his injuries.
