Forrest was selected by the

. On June 9, 2016, the Rams signed Forrest to a four-year contract with the team. He was placed on injured reserve on November 22, 2016. On September 2, 2017, Forrest was waived/injured by the Rams and placed on injured reserve. He was released on September 9, 2017.

Seattle Seahawks

On October 16, 2017, Forrest was signed to the
