Subsequently, in 2021, Sachin Tendulkar invested US$2 million in Jetsynthesys, which formed a Joint Venture of 100MB with Jetsynthesys. Nautilus Mobile, a game development studio owned by Jetsynthesys received a $5.4 Mn investment from PUBG Maker Krafton Studios in 2022. In 2024, Warner Music acquired a 26 percent stake in Global Music Junction (GMJ), a music and entertainment subsidiary of digital entertainment and technology company JetSynthesys. According to reports, the company is expected to go public in the next 18-36 months to fund its expansion.
