Rowley married actress Danielle Morrow in 2016, who also appeared on ''iCarly'' as Nora Dershlit in the episodes "iPsycho" and "iStill Psycho", and later the 2014 ''Sam & Cat'' episode "#SuperPsycho". They have a son together.
