*Usman is Head of Supply Chain Management and Special Projects at Tree Top Hospital since October 2019. *He served as a Member of the Parliament of People's Majlis Maldives from the Gemanafushi Constituency from 2014 to 2019. *He had also served as head of Supply Chain Management at Trans Maldivian Airways TMA from 2009 to 2013. He was the Manager at Crown and Champa Group of Companies from 1998 to 2009. *He was the country coordinator of the Global Youth Parliament. He had served as Deputy Chief Commissioner (DCC) of The Scout Association of Maldives from 2013 to 2018.
