Hydractiniidae. ''Hydractinia'' species mostly live on hermit-crabbed marine gastropod shells.
One species, ''
Hydractinia echinata'', is commonly known as
snail fur.
Another species, ''H. minoi'', is known to be commensal with
stingfishes of the genus ''
Minous''.
