Herman Johannes Timme (21 July 1933 – 19 December 2022) was a Dutch

. He competed at the
1960 Summer Olympics The 1960 Summer Olympics ( it, Giochi Olimpici estivi del 1960), officially known as the Games of the XVII Olympiad ( it, Giochi della XVII Olimpiade) and commonly known as Rome 1960 ( it, Roma 1960), were an international multi-sport event held ...
and finished in 15th place. Between 1957 and 1967 Timme won more than 20 medals at national championships, but never a national title. He retired from competitions in 1970. Timme died on 19 December 2022, at the age of 89.
