Rayle graduated from Ball State University in 1977 with a degree in Telecommunications, Cinematography, and History. Rayle is married to actress Maggie Roswell, and they adopted a girl in 1993, whom they named Spenser. They own and operate a voiceover studio, AudioRnR, near their home in
