Graz Entertainment () is an American licensing and distribution company, run by Jim and Stephanie Graziano, which obtains and provides programming and licensing rights for children's television animation.
They currently control ''Z Blade'', ''The Attic'', ''Goliath'', ''Tom Thumb'', among others.
