helped her develop a strong mentality because she played with best players and learned from the best coaches. In 2008 at age 13, Adams was called up to the Ghana under 17 national team camp at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence Prampram. Unfortunately, Adams couldn't make up to the team for the first edition of FIFA U17 world Cup. In 2010, Adams was called up for the qualifiers for U17 world Cup held in Trinidad and Tobago and she made the team for the qualifiers and the World Cup as well. That is where her national career started.


Club career

Adams began her career in Ghana at Prison Ladies, before moving to the United States to continue her education and career as a student athlete. She enrolled in the
