The road connects from a roundabout of Aspiras-Palispis Highway (formerly Marcos Highway),
Kennon Road Kennon Road, also known as the Rosario–Baguio Road, is a two lane roadway in Benguet province in the Philippines connecting the mountain city of Baguio in Benguet to the lowland town of Rosario in La Union province. Originally called Benguet ...
, and Kisad Road to Session Road in the city's downtown core. Its section from UP Drive to Harrison Road carries one-way southbound traffic only. At its intersection with Harrison Road, it changes route number from N54 to N110.
